Job Summary
Scalezix is looking for a
motivated, ambitious, and proactive Business Development Executive Intern
to join our growing team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain
hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business growth strategies
in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The ideal candidate will help us
expand client relationships

generate leads
, and
identify new business opportunities
, contributing directly to the growth of our company. After the 3-month internship period, high-performing interns will be offered a
stipend up to ?15,000/month
and the chance to continue with Scalezix in a long-term role.

This internship is
strictly
No Stipend
for the first 3 months.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients, industries, and market opportunities through in-depth research and analysis.
Support in developing and executing strategic business plans to expand our customer base.
Conduct outreach activities such as
cold calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement
to generate new leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies aligned with business goals.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and business proposals.
Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Collect feedback and market insights to assist in improving services and marketing approaches.
Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
.
Strong interest in
sales, marketing, and business development
.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
(both written and verbal).
Basic understanding of CRM tools or lead management systems is preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
