Recruitment & Onboarding
Create and post job descriptions on portals (LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
Schedule interviews and coordinate with shortlisted candidates.
Handle onboarding, documentation, and orientation process.
Employee Management
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee database.
Assist with monthly payroll coordination and compliance documents.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Administrative Coordination
Support scheduling for team meetings and reviews.
Coordinate office supplies, software tools, and asset management.
Manage basic HR policies, reporting, and SOP documentation.
Intern/Trainer Management
Manage outreach for interns, maintain feedback and performance reports.
Coordinate with trainers/mentors for team learning and development.
Lead Follow-ups & Qualification
Reach out to inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, or call.
Ask qualifying questions and identify if the lead is fit for services.
Maintain lead CRM with follow-up dates and status.
Client Coordination
Schedule meetings between the sales head and leads.
Send pre-meeting proposals, case studies, and pricing brochures.
Follow up post-call for closure, questions, or negotiations.
Proposal & Documentation
Help prepare and format client proposals.
Send contracts, invoices, and onboarding documents.
After-Sales Support
Act as a point of contact during onboarding for basic queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for client handoff (social media, ads, etc.)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
