About Us:

Indian Institute of Fashion & Design (IIFD) is expanding its footprint across India. We are seeking a driven Franchise Development Executive to identify, onboard, and support franchise partners who share our vision of delivering world-class design education.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential franchise partners through research, networking, and lead generation. Reach out to prospects via calls, meetings, and presentations to explain IIFD's franchise model. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees. Guide prospects through the evaluation, negotiation, and signing process. Work closely with management to align expansion strategies with business goals. Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and franchise deals. Support franchise partners during the setup stage and act as a point of contact for their queries. Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or channel expansion (education or service industry preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Ability to travel as required to meet potential partners. Goal-oriented mindset with proven negotiation skills. Familiarity with Excel and MS Office.
