Role Overview


Rakki Interiors is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales for our interior design and wooden products trading business. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and converting leads into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

Client Acquisition:

Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold outreach, and follow-ups.

Sales & Negotiation:

Present proposals, handle pricing discussions, and close deals aligned with company margins.

Product & Service Understanding:

Clearly explain interior solutions, wooden products, materials, finishes, timelines, and value proposition to clients.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Market Awareness:

Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and market demand in the interiors segment.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Order Coordination:

Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders.

After-Sales Support:

Address client concerns post-sale and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Preferred Skills & Experience



Experience in interior design, furniture, wooden products, or related trading businesses Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients Field sales experience is a plus
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
