We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Business Development Executives to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, guiding them on overseas education options, and converting leads into admissions. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for counselling are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
Provide accurate information about overseas education programs, universities, and application processes.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships to ensure successful conversions.
Schedule counselling sessions and coordinate with senior counsellors when required.
Update and maintain CRM records for all interactions and student progress.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to student enrolments.
Participate in promotional activities, webinars, and education fairs when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to explain course details clearly and confidently.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
