We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients via phone/email/social media, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Understand customer needs and requirements, presenting tailored product/service solutions.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory or industry.
Schedule meetings/demos for the field sales or senior sales team.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and pipeline status using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop lead generation strategies.
Provide feedback from potential clients to enhance products and services.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (preferably in B2B or SaaS/IT sales).
Freshers with excellent communication and a sales mindset may also apply for junior roles.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
Good understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable making high volumes of calls/emails daily.
Time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of sales pipeline and lead generation tools is a plus.
Preferred:
Experience in using CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
