Job Description

As a Lead Generation Executive at VasyERP, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating potential clients for our ERP and POS software solutions. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating contact with prospects, and nurturing relationships to ultimately drive sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:



Prospect Identification:

Utilize various channels such as online research, social media platforms, industry events, and networking to identify potential leads within the retail and SME sectors.

Lead Generation:

Generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads through outbound cold calling, emailing campaigns, and other lead generation techniques.

Qualification:

Conduct thorough research and qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our target customer profile and solution offerings.

Lead Nurturing:

Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their pain points, business challenges, and requirements. Provide relevant information about our ERP and POS solutions to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Appointment Setting:

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified appointments and product demonstrations for further engagement.

CRM Management:

Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate records of lead interactions, updates, and progress throughout the sales cycle.

Market Insights:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine lead generation strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.

Performance Metrics:

Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead generation targets, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

Qualifications:



Any Graduate Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the software industry or B2B sales environment. Strong understanding of ERP and POS systems, as well as the retail and SME markets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.. Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
