Job Summary

The Business Development Executive (Inside Sales Executive) is responsible for converting leads into enrollments/sales through telephonic and digital interactions. The role focuses on handling inquiries, counseling prospective students/customers, follow-ups, and achieving individual sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students/customers. Counsel leads regarding courses/products, fees, benefits, and enrollment process. Convert inquiries into sales by effective communication and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Respond to queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation. Participate in training programs to enhance product and sales knowledge. Ensure adherence to company sales processes and compliance guidelines. Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication skills in English. Persuasive and confident telephonic conversation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude. Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity. Good listening, objection-handling, and follow-up skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / counselling. Experience in EdTech / Education / Service industry is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
