Role Overview

We are hiring a

Business Development Executive

to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships in

machine manufacturing, SPMs, and industrial automation solutions

.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop

new business opportunities

through market research, networking, and lead generation Engage with

OEMs, end-users, and EPC customers

to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions Build and manage a

strong sales pipeline

to achieve revenue targets Conduct

techno-commercial discussions

and prepare proposals & presentations Coordinate with

application, design, and service teams

for solution delivery Track

market trends, competitors, and customer feedback

Support

negotiations, order closures, and contracts

Participate in

exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events

Prepare

MIS reports, forecasts, and business plans

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in

B2B industrial sales / business development

Exposure to

machine manufacturing, SPM, automation, or engineering industry

Strong

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to understand

customer applications and solution selling

Target-oriented, self-driven, and willing to travel Proficiency in

MS Excel & MIS reporting

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech

- Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics

2-4 years

of relevant sales or business development experience Experience with

OEM / project / solution-based sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
