About the Role

Are you someone who loves being on the move and closing deals? We are a dynamic Real Estate startup looking for a

Business Development Executive

who knows the Kolkata property market inside out. This is a 100% field-oriented role for a "Hunter" who is ready to identify opportunities, list properties, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities (Field-Based)

Market Sourcing:

Identify new residential and commercial properties for listing and development within the local area.

Lead Generation:

Conduct field visits to identify potential land parcels, under-construction projects, and resale opportunities.

Client Interaction:

Meet property owners and developers to negotiate terms and bring them onto our platform/portfolio.

Site Visits:

Accompany potential buyers or investors for site inspections, explaining the USP of the properties and the locality.

Reporting:

Maintain a daily log of field visits, new leads, and follow-up status.

Requirements

Conveyance (Mandatory):

Must own a functional

Bike or Scooter

with a valid driving license for daily field visits.

Experience:

1-2 years in Real Estate Sales, Insurance, or Telecom Field Sales (Experience in Real Estate is a major advantage).

Local Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the New Town, Rajarhat, and surrounding Kolkata real estate corridors.

Communication:

Strong convincing power and ability to negotiate in

Bengali and Hindi

. Basic English is a plus.

Work Ethic:

Comfortable with a 6-day work week and 8 hours of active field duty.
