Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the

(AI-driven solutions, RPA, process automation, integrations).
Build and maintain strong client relationships with domestic and international clients.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
Pitch automation services effectively and demonstrate their business value.
Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of proven experience in
business development / sales for automation or IT services
.
Strong understanding of
automation tools, AI solutions, RPA platforms, or system integrations
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle international clients and work with cross-functional teams.
Experience with
lead generation tools, B2B platforms, or online bidding portals (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
