We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented
business development executive
with
1-3 years of experience
in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in business development and is ready to take their skills to the next level. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and helping expand our market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Research and identify potential clients using online platforms, databases, and networking events.
Generate quality leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and inbound inquiries.
Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales or management.
2.
Client Communication & Conversion:
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
Deliver compelling presentations and demos to showcase our products or services.
Convert qualified leads into active business opportunities.
3.
Sales Pipeline & Target Achievement:
Maintain and update sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with the management.
4.
Client Relationship Management:
Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Act as a bridge between the client and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
5.
Market Research & Strategy Support:
Analyze competitor offerings and industry trends to identify growth areas.
Provide input for marketing campaigns, lead-generation strategies, and outreach activities.
Share feedback with the product team to improve offerings based on client demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
1 to 3 years of experience
in business development, sales, or client servicing.
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Good understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle.
Ability to handle pressure, manage time effectively, and work independently.
