We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand sales in pharma, biotech, and industrial equipment markets. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, executing field sales activities, and driving revenue growth by representing technical products to scientists, research labs, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective customers (pharma, biotech labs, research institutes, industrial users).
Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with decision-makers.
Generate leads, maintain pipeline, and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate post-sale support with service teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and workshops to enhance business visibility and networking.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: M.Sc. in Microbiology / BE (or equivalent).
Experience: 1-4 years of field sales in pharma/biotech/industrial equipment (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with technical discussions and product demos.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
Willing to travel within the region.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
