The Role
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Executive who understands the agency world and knows how to close deals. This isn't an entry-level position - we need someone who's been in the trenches and delivered results.
What You'll Do
Generate and convert leads for our digital marketing services (social media management, paid ads, website development, WhatsApp marketing, SEO)
Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, real estate developers, ecommerce brands, and healthcare businesses
Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding
Represent Digital Revolution at networking events and industry meetings
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency
(agency experience is mandatory)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Deep understanding of digital marketing services and how agencies operate
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Hunter mindset with strong closing abilities

Existing network in B2B, real estate, ecommerce, or healthcare sectors
Experience selling service packages worth ?75,000 - ?2,00,000+
Track record of bringing in 10 + clients per month
