We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential markets, industry trends, and competitors
Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and outreach activities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop client acquisition strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to close profitable deals
Track, analyze, and report business development metrics
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of goals and initiatives
Attend industry events and meetings to expand professional networks
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities
Analytical skills to evaluate market and client data
