Workido IT Technologies is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our on-site team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the
IT/Technology industry
and a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services and technology domain
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet business targets
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT/technology industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in selling IT services such as software development, web/app development, cloud, digital marketing, etc.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Experience
1-4 years of relevant experience in IT business development or sales
