About the Role:



We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, and helping them find the right property.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Understand client needs and provide suitable property options. Conduct site visits and property tours with potential clients. Maintain strong follow-up with clients to close deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors. Stay updated on market trends, project details, and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the internal team for seamless client support and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any field related to sales and Marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Basic knowledge of real estate will be an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
