We are looking for dynamic and energetic Business Development Executives to

join our team. Candidates passionate about sales, client engagement, and the

coworking & coliving industry are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to

candidates with a background in hospitality, aviation, coworking, or coliving, as

these industries bring strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

:

Identify and onboard new coworking and coliving partners onto the platform. Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships. Generate new leads through calls, meetings, and networking. Support sales strategies and assist in achieving revenue targets. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. Maintain sales reports and performance trackers. Represent the company at partner meetings and events.

Eligibility Criteria:



Graduate in Business, Hospitality, Aviation, or related fields. Freshers are welcome; prior internship or project experience in sales/client servicing is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment. Gurgaon-based candidates or those willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
