Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven
BBA or MBA freshers
to join our
Business Development team
. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business environment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, initiating client contact through cold calling, and managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through market research, online databases, and networking
Generate qualified leads via cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
Schedule and conduct sales calls, product demos, and meetings with prospects
Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through the sales pipeline
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Requirements:
BBA or MBA (Marketing/Sales/International Business preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn
