Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic

Business Development Executive

to join our Dubai property sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, driving high-value transactions, and contributing to team success. If you are a confident closer with strong leadership abilities and a strategic sales mindset, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on Dubai's leading developers, project launches, payment plans, visa benefits, and ROI metrics.

Client Acquisition:

Prospect, connect, and build relationships with potential clients interested in Dubai real estate.

Property Pitching:

Conduct impactful property presentations--both virtually and in-person--highlighting project benefits and investment potential.

Deal Closure:

Negotiate effectively, handle objections, and successfully close sales with HNIs and NRI investors.

Client Relationship Management:

Provide premium post-sales support and foster long-term client partnerships.

End-to-End Sales Management:

Engage clients through calls, cold calling, virtual meetings, in-person visits, and office meetings.

Sales Strategy Support:

Work with leadership to refine targeting, lead segmentation, and acquisition strategies.
Candidate Profile

Graduate or Postgraduate with

minimum 1 year of high-ticket sales experience

(luxury sales or investment products preferred). Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently engage HNIs, conduct property consultations, and address objections. Proficient in CRM tools with strong organizational and reporting skills. Leadership potential to mentor and guide junior sales team members.
