Business Development Executive

to join our team at SAMS FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PVT LTD. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with experience in business development, sales, and client management. As a BDE, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key clients in the infrastructure and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales

: Identify and generate new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Research

: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity to help the company stay ahead in the market.

Proposal & Presentation

: Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients based on their needs. Deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders.

Sales Target Achievement

: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Ensure timely follow-up and close deals effectively.

Negotiation & Contract Finalization

: Handle negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and finalizing contracts.

Collaboration with Teams

: Work closely with the technical and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and projects.

Reporting & Documentation

: Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, lead generation, and market trends for management review.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
