We are hiring a

Business Development Executive

to expand our customer base in

Madurai

. The candidate will play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, meeting clients, and promoting iron and steel products to various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new customer leads in the construction, fabrication, and industrial segments Visit clients on-site to promote iron and steel products Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Explain product features, applications, and pricing to customers Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales orders Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery Achieve monthly sales targets and report field activity to the manager Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills Field sales or marketing experience preferred (not mandatory) Good knowledge of the Madurai market and industrial zones Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email communication) Ability to work independently and handle pressure

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Any Degree (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering)

Experience:

0-2 years (Freshers welcome)

Bike:

Mandatory with valid license

Languages:

Tamil (must), English (preferred)

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
