Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development professional

with experience in

franchise management, healthcare, B2B sales, or facility management

. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing franchise relationships, building B2B partnerships, and expanding the company's presence in targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development & Sales



Identify, develop, and close

new business opportunities

in B2B and franchise segments Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and growth targets

Franchise Management



Support

franchise acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management

Coordinate with franchise partners to ensure operational and brand compliance Assist in territory mapping, franchise performance tracking, and expansion planning Act as a single point of contact between the company and franchise partners

Healthcare / Facility Management Focus



Develop partnerships with

hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporate offices, and facility management clients

Understand healthcare operations, compliance, and service requirements Promote healthcare or facility management solutions to corporate and institutional clients

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Handle negotiations, contract renewals, and escalation resolution

Market Intelligence & Reporting



Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and MIS reports Provide regular sales performance and forecast reports to management

Candidate Profile & Requirements



Experience



Minimum 1 year of experience

in Business Development / Sales Exposure to

franchise management, healthcare industry, B2B sales, or facility management

is mandatory Experience dealing with corporate clients, hospitals, or institutional customers preferred

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and franchise partners Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and relationship-based selling Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Educational Qualification



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage

Self-motivated and growth-oriented mindset Willingness to travel as per business requirements Ability to work independently as well as in a team Strong understanding of operational and commercial aspects of healthcare or facility services
