Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition (industry-specific experience preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
