Type of position: Full-time
Normal Hours of work: Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm
You may be required to work additional hours as may be necessary or appropriate to enable you to carry out your duties properly.
JOB OBJECTIVES
A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring the company reaches its sales goals. The role typically includes both strategic and operational tasks related to business development.
Roles & Responsibility

  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, or networking.
  • Developing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Presenting and pitching the companys products or services to potential clients and closing sales and negotiating contracts.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, while acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company and ensure clients needs are met and address any concerns.
  • Working closely with marketing and product teams to ensure offerings are aligned with client needs, while collaborating with other departments for smooth project delivery.
  • Analyzing market trends to stay competitive, Gathering and reporting on customer feedback to improve services/products and identify new potential markets for business expansion.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction for long-term business relationships and Upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to existing clients.
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with clients, finalizing agreements and closing sales deals effectively.
  • Maintaining & updating the project data sheet of all ongoing & upcoming Government / Private Project Region wise.
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in respective field.
  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is required.
EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to sell, influence, and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Works well with other teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
