Looking to hire Fresher to 3+ yrs Experienced BDE for IT for Bidding for new project Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers & managers.

Bidding on Upwork, Freelancer & other online job portals, Email marketing, calling Required Candidate profile Have experience in bidding and generating projects using Job Portals. Must have good written communication skills Understanding the client's requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale Neat, well-groomed appearance.

Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

Must be dynamic and sales-target oriented.

Should be excellent at communication skills (written and verbal), Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

Should have a knowledge/experience in bidding and proposal posting Sending Offer's Based on the Enquiry of the client.

Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

To Manage Accurate Data of Our Fleet & Clients.

Daily Upgradation of Our Fleet.

Communicating with Every Department to ensure smooth process.

Communicating with Clients Regarding Offers Sent Must have good business analytical skills for client project requirements understanding, Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

Should have knowledge in digital / IT Sales & Marketing/presales/Lead Generation Should have knowledge/experience in Social Media Marketing Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
