Job Description

* Conduct research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

To visit the client for business opportunity generation.

Create proposals and bids for various projects and contracts.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and experts to develop bid strategy.

Analyze RFPs and bid documentation to tailor proposals according to client needs.

Maintain an understanding of market trends, industry developments, and client needs.

Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely submission of bids.

Participate in client and internal team meetings to present proposals and answer questions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.

Manage a team, guide them, and help them achieve both individual and company goals.

Commitment to ethical work practices and professionalism.

Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving.
