Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Finance Domain

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities in the finance domain Promote financial products/services such as loans, insurance, investment, or accounting solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Understand client requirements and provide suitable financial solutions Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery Maintain CRM records, reports, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-5 years of experience as a BDE or Sales Executive in the finance domain Knowledge of financial products (Loans, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Accounting, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Target-driven with strong follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field Experience working with NBFCs, banks, CA firms, or financial consultancies Local market knowledge is an added advantage
