Role Description
We are seeking a motivated
Business Development Executive
with
2 to 4 years of experience
in the
IT and Digital Marketing industry
. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Generating leads through
LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms
Conducting client meetings and presentations
Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable
digital/IT solutions
Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth project onboarding
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Experience:
2-4 years in IT or Digital Marketing Business Development (Mandatory)
Location:
Ahmedabad-based candidates only (On-site role)
Education:
MBA in Marketing preferred; candidates with technical education are also eligible
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to
generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals
Understanding of
IT services, digital marketing solutions, and industry trends
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
