Job Description

Requires smart, organized, and proactive Back Office Business Development Executive to support lead generation, customer communication, and backend sales operations.

Responsibilities



*Handle inbound & outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.

*Generate leads and maintain proper follow-up through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

*Prepare quotations, proposals, product information sheets, and pricing details.

*Coordinate appointments and customer requirements with the field sales team.

*Maintain lead trackers, CRM entries, enquiry logs, and daily reports.

*Assist with order coordination, distributor support, and documentation.

*Manage basic digital tasks like updating product details or responding to online queries.

*Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) for smooth workflow.

Requirements



*Any Graduate (Healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory).

*Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati).

*Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets & basic CRM tools.

*Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.

*Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
