Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify and target potential clients across fintech, banking, and business sectors through research, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and networking. Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to achieve business growth targets. Research client organizations to understand their financial data processing and security needs.

2. Client Engagement



Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, including finance heads, business owners, and compliance managers. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase TrueShield.ai's capabilities. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to improve financial operations and safeguard data.

3. Sales & Negotiation



Manage the complete sales cycle--from prospecting to negotiation and closure. Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to prepare customized proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis



Stay updated on fintech trends, financial data solutions, and competitor offerings. Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies for expansion. Provide insights to management to refine sales approaches and product positioning.

5. Sales Targets & Reporting



Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and leads in CRM systems. Provide regular performance reports to the management team.

6. Collaboration & Teamwork



Work closely with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns. Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
