Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through
LinkedIn and other professional platforms
.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Manage
pre-sales activities
- including prospect research, outreach, proposal creation, and presentations.
Support
post-sales processes
by maintaining relationships, ensuring smooth handovers, and client satisfaction.
Work closely with the business and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
Track daily outreach performance and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Achieve individual and team-based sales targets.
Candidate Profile
3-6 years of experience in
Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
.
Proven experience in
LinkedIn lead generation
will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of
pre-sales and post-sales
processes.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
(both written and verbal).
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
