About the Role
Tileswale is looking for a dynamic
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, manage B2B/B2C relationships, and coordinate between clients, manufacturers, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Customer Engagement
Respond to emails, WhatsApp, and CRM inquiries promptly.
Add and track inquiries in CRM; schedule follow-ups.
Generate leads through IndiaMART, Google, and other online platforms.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Order & Coordination Management
Coordinate with accounts, manufacturers, and logistics teams.
Share order updates, dispatch details, and collect customer feedback.
Negotiate transportation costs and ensure timely deliveries.
B2B & B2C Handling
Support B2B customers with leads, stock updates, and follow-ups.
Assist B2C customers with installation, site visits, and post-installation support.
Identify and onboard installers and accessory vendors across cities.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development (tiles/ceramic/flooring preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiar with CRM tools and digital lead generation platforms.
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
