Job description of BDE

To prepare MIS on (new) incoming leads from social media, google and direct calls.
To call and follow-up new clients (new lead) forward leads to the sales team.
To schedule meetings with clients and provide the same to sales team
Follow-up up with clients and sales team for closing the lead.
To make the feedback calls and update team with new client requirement, if any and also try to generate references
To provide the details of product to client and give the approximate quotation.
To attend the service calls and report to the concerned department if there is any service required.
To prepare quotations for new and prospective clients as and when required.
To maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained and spread positive feedback to others.
To take and review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
