Client Engagement



Welcome and guide visitors at the showroom or factory, ensuring a positive brand experience. Present product offerings effectively, helping customers choose the right solutions. Share detailed quotations with clarity on pricing, timelines, and terms. Coordinate order processing--from inquiry to dispatch--and assist clients post-delivery for smooth installation. Collect feedback to improve service and strengthen customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation activities such as social media, branding, and digital campaigns. Maintain updated records of all meetings, client communications, and inquiries in a structured format.

Sales Enablement & Support



Regularly visit dealer stores and interact with on-ground sales teams to provide training and updates. Assist showroom operations and extend support to the Customer Experience Specialist whenever required.

Pay: ₹25,765.29 - ₹33,871.22 per month
