We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the business presence in the region. This is an on-field sales role that requires a proactive approach to generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities to expand client base.
Conduct on-field sales activities, including door-to-door visits and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Two-wheeler is mandatory for daily travel to client locations.
Proficiency in Gujarati is a must to effectively communicate with local clients.
Proven experience in on-field sales or a similar business development role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in a sales-driven environment.
