Job Title: Business Development Executive - Power Products & IT Hardware
Experience: 3-5 years in Sales & Marketing of Electrical, Electronics, or IT Hardware Products
Job Location: Vadodara Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales of UPS, stabilizers, SMF batteries, and IT hardware products (servers, networking devices, desktops, laptops).
Identify and target potential customers in industrial, corporate, and data center segments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical/commercial negotiations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth for the company.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with technical/service teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and after-sales support.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business reach.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of power electronics products (UPS, batteries, stabilizers) and IT hardware solutions.
Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing of power or IT hardware products.
Preferred:
Experience in Marketing, sales for Power electrical and IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of corporate and industrial procurement processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
