About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by reaching out to potential clients, pitching our products/services, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and meetings with prospective clients from provided databases and self-generated leads.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
Identify potential leads and qualify prospects based on interest and fit.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, outcomes, and client interactions.
Support the business development team in campaign planning and reporting.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
4-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
Prior experience in bank sales or real estate will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Confidence in initiating conversations and building rapport with new clients.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Fluent in English (knowledge of regional languages is a bonus).
Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
