Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and existing expertise.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Create, develop, and present customized business proposals and pitches.
Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closure.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.
Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information using CRM tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in the IT industry).
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, web/mobile technologies, and IT services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
