Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leads and follow up on inquiries.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Coordinate with the sales team to support order processing, follow-ups, and client coordination.
Assist in scheduling meetings, product demos, and follow-ups for the sales team.
Maintain call records, daily reports, and activity logs.
Provide accurate product information to customers.
Prepare and send quotations as per customer requirements, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product details, and delivery terms.
Handle data entry, documentation for received Inquiry and transfer to Sales department.
Prepare Quotations, Sales Documents (Sales Orders, Invoices, ROI, Consumables, Purchase Order).
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Flight/Hotel/Train Booking for internal department and Clients.
Prepare Visa Documents
Knowledge of SAP Software.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
