Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and new business opportunities.
Reach out to leads via cold calls, emails, and social platforms to generate qualified prospects.
Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and regularly follow up to nurture leads.
Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
Support in drafting proposals, pitch decks, and sales documentation.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in cold-calling and client engagement.
Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting targets and deadlines.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
