Key Responsibilities



Identify and connect with potential international clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr and other platforms. Write winning proposals and bid on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance marketplaces. Develop trust and long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Maintain a strong professional presence on bidding platforms. Collaborate with sales, design, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver client-focused solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Track leads, update CRM tools, and ensure consistent follow-ups.

Required Skills



Excellent spoken and written English - must be confident in client communication. 1-2 years of experience in international B2B/B2C sales or working on freelancing platforms. Proficiency with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms. Proven skills in lead generation, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a sales-driven mindset. Strategic thinker with a professional and self-driven attitude.
