Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT solutions and services, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and market research.


Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.


Understand customer needs and requirements to propose effective IT solutions and services.


Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and contracts.


Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.


Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.


Stayup-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.


Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the BDM.

Qualifications and Skills:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.


Minimum of 1to 3 years of experience in IT sales or business development.


Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions.


Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.


Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.


Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
