with 3-4 years of experience in molecular or advanced diagnostics. The role involves driving sales of genetic and genomic tests by building strong relationships with doctors and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell advanced genetic and genomic tests (NGS, WES/WGS, NIPT, CMA, prenatal, pharmacogenomics, rare disease panels, etc.)
Develop and manage relationships with specialists including Pediatric Neuro, Gastroenterologists, Gynecologists & Obstetricians, FMS, Cardiologists, and Psychiatrists
Generate leads, follow up on cases, and ensure timely sample movement
Coordinate with phlebotomy, logistics, and backend teams for smooth operations
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct regular doctor visits, presentations, and test discussions
Requirements:
3-4 years of sales experience in Clinical Genomics / Molecular Diagnostics
Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Result-oriented with strong execution discipline
Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel within the territory

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
