Job Description

Prospect Engagement - Actively connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and professional networks to generate leads. Client Understanding - Analyze client requirements, business challenges, and pain points to offer the right solutions. Solution Presentation - Present and pitch customized software solutions (CRM, LMS, Task Management, etc.) that suit client needs. Team Collaboration - Coordinate with Product & Support teams to ensure effective solution delivery. CRM Management - Update lead data and interaction logs accurately in the CRM system. Lead Nurturing - Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups. Target Achievement - Meet or exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales goals. Feedback Loop - Share client insights with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
