Urgent Requirement of Business Development Executive

Location-Gandhinagar

Experience-

3 to 6 years

Skills

Excellent knowledge of English

Experience of Business Development in IT

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services

Enter and update customer information in the database

Keep records of all the sales and note useful information

Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Ask questions to understand customer requirements

Handle grievances to provide enhanced customer experience

Negotiate/close deals and handle objections under the guidance of Manager

Collaborate with team to achieve better results

Direct high ticket prospects to the sales manager

Create frequent reviews and reports with BD and financial data

Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sale.
