digital sales team
and seeking a
highly motivated and accountable Business Development Executive
to help drive growth through online platforms and marketing channels.
Role Overview
This role is focused on generating leads, closing deals, and managing sales operations on
Upwork, Fiverr, Truelancer
, and through
digital marketing
. It requires early morning work hours and occasional
in-office meetings
in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
?
Early Morning Bidding (MANDATORY):
Bid on Upwork and other platforms daily between
4:00 AM - 6:00 AM IST
to secure quality leads early.

Lead Generation & Sales:
Actively identify and convert prospects from freelance platforms and inbound marketing.
?
Proposal Writing & Closures:
Write tailored, high-converting proposals and follow-up messages to secure long-term clients.
?
Handle client calls, emails, and chats professionally -- availability required between
4:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST
, with occasional flexibility for late client calls.
?
Same-Day Lead Response:
Ensure all inquiries and leads are responded to on the
same day
-- no delays in follow-ups or scheduling.

Digital Marketing Support:
Run and manage
LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook ads
to support lead generation.
?
Competitor Research & Strategy:
Explore market trends, evaluate competitors, and recommend improvement strategies.
?
Weekend Availability:
Most client postings go live on weekends -- availability on
Saturday & Sunday
is expected.

Office Meetings (Hybrid):
Attend
occasional in-office meetings
in Ahmedabad for team sync-ups or strategy discussions.
Qualifications & Skills
? Fluent in
English - written and verbal
? Proven experience with
Upwork, Fiverr, or Truelancer
? Strong understanding of
digital sales and marketing
? Proficiency in
Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Meet
? Basic working knowledge of
Canva
for proposals and social creatives
? Commerce/Finance background preferred (
accounting knowledge is a plus
)
? Highly
organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven
? Excellent
communication, follow-up, and negotiation
skills
