Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious

Junior Business Development Executive

with in-depth knowledge of freelancing platforms such as

Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client communication, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the IT and services sector by working directly on global client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities on

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr

, and other online bidding portals. Prepare persuasive proposals, bids, and quotes to win new projects and clients. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver suitable solutions. Maintain and expand a strong portfolio of international clients through consistent communication and high-quality service. Follow up with potential clients regularly to ensure timely closures. Maintain CRM or internal records of leads, opportunities, and client communications. Participate in client calls and demos when required. Stay updated with the latest trends and opportunities in the freelancing and software services market.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration

(Preferred:

M.Sc IT, BCA, MBA, B.Tech CSE

)

0-2 years of relevant experience in business development or freelancing platforms (freshers with strong knowledge are welcome)
