Role Overview
This is an
entry-level Business Development Executive role
focused on
lead generation, email follow-ups, client communication, and maintaining structured client data
. The selected candidate will receive
on-the-job training
and work closely with real client data and outreach workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients based on industry-specific requirements
Perform
lead generation
using online research and tools (training provided)
Maintain and update
client master sheets
accurately
Send and track
email outreach and follow-up communications
Maintain:
Follow-up tracker
Response tracking sheet
Client status and pipeline updates
Assist in
client approach, follow-ups, and basic account handling
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation standards
Training & Support
Complete on-the-job training will be provided
Training covers:
Lead generation methods
Email communication & follow-up etiquette
Client data management
Business development workflows

Requirements
Male candidates only
Any qualification (Engineering graduates preferred)
Fresher / entry-level candidates welcome
Strong analytical and research skills
Good written English communication
Comfortable working with
Google Sheets / MS Excel
Candidates having a personal laptop will be preferred

Ability to follow structured workflows and reporting
