About the Role
We are looking for a
proactive and results-driven Business Development
to join our team. The role involves
client interaction, lead generation, and fieldwork

Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit potential clients to pitch company products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Present and demonstrate offerings to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads to close deals and meet sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for strategy development.
Submit daily and weekly reports on progress and activities.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Own vehicle is mandatory
for field visits.
Bachelor's degree (MBA/Marketing/IT preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Passion for sales and customer relationship building.
Immediate joiners preferred.
